Hello,
A few things you need to know about this weekend. First, timecards are
due Sunday at Midnight. This week we have very little time to prepare the
timecards. That means that we will not be calling you if you did fill it out
correctly or didn't sign it. We will not be taking care of you this week, so
get it done! Make sure your google calendars are correct as well! If you do
not do some of these things correctly, you may not get paid.
Second, we are closed Monday, don't come in! We are open on Saturday and
Sunday, so come in for your regular scheduled shifts!
Third, Voyager will be down starting Friday night until Sunday. There is a
chance it will be back up by 5pm on Sunday. During this time I need you to use
the manual form Aimee created on the student assistant website, one form is for
regular
Oesterle library materials and the other is for reserves.
Under no circumstances should you ever manually charge an I-Share item. There
should be NO I-SHARE ITEMS going out this weekend except for the purple band
books and the photocopies because you do not use the computer for these items.
All returned items, except for reserves, should go on the carts labeled
"returned items." Reserve items should be given to the staff to take care of.
Access students working this weekend: Do not shelve the items on the carts that
have these signs.
