Hello,
Finals week schedule and winter term schedules are up on the website. To see your winter term schedule move the calendar to the beginning of the winter term (January 2nd). Please note that since the term starts on a Wednesday you should move it to the following week to see your normal weekly schedule.
Also, if you are not working over D-term please sign and submit your timecard before you leave for the break.
Thanks and let us know if you have any questions.

End of Term Matters
The end of the term is rapidly
approaching! Please complete the
following instructions as we prepare schedules for Finals Week and Winter Term.
1. FINALS
WEEK - All students are expected to work their regular work schedule through
Saturday, November 17th. A
finals week schedule is being prepared for Sunday, November 18th through
Wednesday, November 21st. All
student assistants are required to sign up to work a minimum of four hours during
finals week. Please see Heidi by 5:00 on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 8th to sign up for your hours. The finals week schedules are on the end of Heidi's desk by her Ghost Mr. Potato Head.
2. WINTER
TERM SCHEDULES - All student assistants who plan to work Winter Term will be
assigned a work schedule before they leave for D-Term. (If for any reason you don’t plan to work
next term, please let Heidi know right away!!)
The appropriate form on the blank schedules page in the departmental schedules section on the student assistant website should be completed to indicate when you will be
available to work during Winter Term. Please complete the form carefully and
thoughtfully! Also, remember that
any form that does not leave enough hours for us to work with when assigning
schedules will be returned for revision.
All forms should be given to Heidi by
5:00 on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 8th.
If you have any questions about this
process, please do not hesitate to contact Heidi or me.

Information services desk
Hello,
Please remember that the information services desk is your first priority and should never be left empty. The student assistants should be the most aware of being present at the desk.
Please do not just leave if no one has shown up at the end of your shift. If, by chance, the person who comes after you has not shown up for their shift, please let myself or the person sitting on the staff side know the situation. PLEASE DO NOT JUST LEAVE!
Thanks!
