It is time to complete the scheduling process for finals
week and for Spring Term:
1. All student assistants are required to
work their regular Winter Term schedule through Saturday, March 9th. ALL
student assistants must sign up to work a minimum of 4 hours during finals week (March 10-13). Please see Heidi by 5:00 pm on Thursday, February
21st to sign up for your finals week hours.
2. Please fill out your appropriate blank schedule for SpringTerm. Please complete this schedule and
return to Heidi by 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 21st. Please fill this out thoughtfully, and remember that any schedules that are too full
for us to work with will be returned for revision!! If for any reason you are not able to work
Spring Term, please let Heidi know ASAP.

Spring Break Position

Oesterle Library has one full-time student assistant position available for Spring Break. The requirements of this position include:
• Expected to work 8 am to 5 pm on the following dates:
March 14, 15
March 18-22
Preference will be given to applicants that:
•are able to work all expected hours and dates
•have an excellent attendance and work record
Please note that Residence Life has not yet distributed information about the availability of housing during Spring Break. If you are interested in working but would require campus housing, please contact Residence Life about this right away.
Anyone interested in applying for this position must submit this form by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 11.

Quiet Zone
Please remember that you are not supposed to be visiting with anyone at the desks especially the periodicals desk. It is the quiet zone, a place where people are supposed to be quiet, especially you.

New Interlibrary Loan Items
Hello!
You will see that there is a new type of interlibrary loan item. It is the white banded interlibrary loan item. These items can only be checked out and returned by the staff of the information services desk, please do not try to do anything with these items!
These will be replacing the purple band books so don't worry about those anymore!

There are many cases of the flu reported at the wellness center. Please, use the sanitizing wipes to disinfect your desk every time you start a shift!

Winter Term Schedules are Up!
The Winter term schedules are up. We had to give everyone less hours than they asked in order to get everyone back. Please go to your personal schedule page and move the calendar to the week of January 1st. Please remember that our schedules do not start until January 2nd, so you may have Monday or Tuesday shifts, be sure to look at the following week.
