Access Services Students

You only need to get coverage for the access services shifts if it is for the 10pm to Midnight shift. If it is for any other shift you just need to tell me that you will miss that particular time. Please stop filling out the substitution requests for other shifts.

Alternative Emails

If you have existing gmail account or another email account that you would rather use as your log-in email for the website, please let me know. I would be happy to give that particular email address permission for the site instead of your noctrl.edu one. Just shoot me an email hkkaul@noctrl.edu if you would like a different one.

New Schedules

The new schedules are up! You can find them in your personal contact page. Let me know if you have any conflicts as soon as possible. Note that they begin Monday, September 27.

Friday, September 24 through Sunday, September 26 you may have a new student assistant sitting with you during your shift. Please continue your regular work and allow them to watch the procedures at the desk.

Please remember that the mandatory Oesterle Library Student Assistant Orientation will be on Thursday, September 23rd from 4:30-6:30pm.
