We have invited Campus Safety to make a brief presentation on Violent Intruder Response that will speak specifically to the layout of our building. Following the presentation we have allowed time for questions and discussion. Lunch will be available both before and after the training, as follows.

Noon-1:00 Lunch available for all student assistants/staff
     1:00-1:30 Violent Intruder Response training
1:30-2:00 Lunch available for all student assistants/staff

Please note that the training portion of this event is required for all student assistants. The lunch portions are optional. Please RSVP for lunch with Heidi by Noon on Thursday, February 18. If you have a class related conflicted with the training time, please speak with Heidi or Belinda ASAP.

Mother's Room/Drop Box Key

Hello!

The mother's room/drop box key is now attached to a cardinal beanie baby.  It is located in the top drawer of the filing cabinet on the student side of the ISD.  Please give the whole thing to the patron who wants to use the room and make sure you get the whole thing back!

Thank you so much!

Winter term schedules are up

Hello!

The schedules for winter term are up on your personal schedule page.  Just move the date to the week of January 4th and you will be able to see your schedule.  Please remember that we are not open January 3rd so if you have a Sunday shift, it will not be on that date, it will be on the 10th.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Study Rooms Policy

Hello!

Just a little reminder: yes all of the study rooms are a first come, first served basis.  BUT, first priority is given to groups.  So if all the rooms are occupied and there is an individual in the room and a group wants to use it, we will ask the individual to move.  If you do not feel comfortable doing that ask the staff member on duty to take care of it.

Thanks!
Heidi
